AM Conservation Group was founded in Hackettstown, NJ, with a goal of making it easy for utilities to help their customers save energy and water.
Simply put, we have two main functions. We provide bulk energy- and water-efficiency products to utilities, contractors, trade allies and more to benefit utilities and their end-use customers. We also provide services for utilities, like launching kit programs, powering online stores and education programs, and more.
Our exclusive focus on the efficiency industry allows us to fully understand the challenges of our unique customers and meet their needs. We have served over 1,000 utilities across the nation, and we’re always learning and innovating.

We introduced our first kit programs to engage customers and boost conservation.
We moved into a 50,000-square-foot facility in Charleston, South Carolina, allowing for expanded product lines and higher inventory levels.
We kicked off our first education programs to inspire the next generation of environmental stewards.
We acquired Niagara Conservation’s line of energy efficiency and water conservation products, and we launched our Simply Conserve® brand.
We acquired co-operative support organization Service Concepts, and we were named one of the best-performing large companies in South Carolina.
We re-located to a brand-new 100,000-square foot facility to accommodate our online store fulfillment needs, and we merged with Franklin Energy to broaden our service delivery.
Added Sparks, NV warehouse to facilitate efficient and cost-effective West Coast product distribution. Increased e-commerce revenue 565% and shipments 1,433% from year prior.
Added proprietary education programs into service offering, including e-learning curriculum options. Launched customer-focused, fast-launch digital kit ordering platform that features semi-custom kits and add-on products.
