Shipping

AM Conservation Group Inc. selects the most efficient means of shipping to ensure the prompt and practical arrival of your order. Whether your delivery needs require shipping via sea, land, air or rail, AMCG utilizes the best means of transportation. This enables us to accommodate your special delivery needs with ease, such as inside delivery, overnight and second day service, 24 hour call prior to delivery, shipping to multiple locations or other special services you may require. Please consult a sales representative for your specific delivery requirements and cost.

Prompt Shipping

Orders for in-stock items will be shipped within two business days. This does not include special orders, non-stock items or custom packaged items.

Packaging

Special packaging with customized logos and program themes are available. Please contact an account manager to learn more.

Credit Card Ordering

AM Conservation Group, Inc., as a convenience to our customers, accepts VISA, MasterCard or PayPal.

Terms

Net-30 terms are available to businesses and are subject to the approval of our credit department. A Credit Application is available for download. Invoices remaining unpaid beyond 30 days are considered past due and are subject to a 1.5% service charge per month. All costs associated with the collection of past due monies are the buyers responsibility. In the event of litigation, the venue will be Charleston, South Carolina.

C.O.D. Shipments

Upon request, we will ship C.O.D. For this payment option, a money order or certified check must be presented to the delivering party upon receipt. All C.O.D. fees where applicable are the buyer’s responsibility.

Claims, Damages & Shortages

Claims for shipments short or damaged in transit should be made directly with the delivering carrier at the time of delivery and should be signed for as short or damaged upon receipt. We cannot be responsible for goods damaged or missing in transit, but will assist you with a claim, if necessary. All products are F.O.B. shipping point unless otherwise quoted.

To best assist you with the process of returning products to AM Conservation Group and properly credit your account, please follow the following process. Goods may not be returned without prior written authorization and routing instructions as we cannot properly track the return without this.
